Ingredients

  • 6-8 slicesfrozen school shark
  • 1/2 cupolive oil for frying
  • flour for frying
  • For the skordalia
  • 1k boiled potatoes
  • 6 clovesgarlic, ground
  • 1/2 cupolive oil 
  • 4 tbspvinegar
  • 2egg yolks
  • 1 cupground walnuts
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Defrost the fish, rinse it and set it aside in the strainer.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a large pan but not too much, coat the fish in flour and fry over medium heat.

  3. 3

    To make the skordalia, mash the potatoes using a fork, then place them in a mixer set to low speed and add the ingredients one by one.

  4. 4

    Add the oil little by little as you work the mixture.

  5. 5

    Serve with the fish and... enjoy!
