Defrost the fish, rinse it and set it aside in the strainer.

Heat the oil in a large pan but not too much, coat the fish in flour and fry over medium heat.

To make the skordalia, mash the potatoes using a fork, then place them in a mixer set to low speed and add the ingredients one by one.

Add the oil little by little as you work the mixture.

Serve with the fish and... enjoy!
