  1. 1 gallonmilk
  2. 1 gallonheavy cream
  3. 2 cupbourbon
  4. 32 eachegg yolks
  5. 1 1/2 tbspground nutmeg
  6. 2 tbspvanilla extract
  7. 32 eachegg whites
  8. 4 cupgranulated sugar

20 mins
  1. 1

    combine egg yolks and sugar untill smooth

  2. 2

    add milk, cream, vanilla, bourbon, cinnamon, and nutmeg

  3. 3

    beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar, until soft peaks. combine with the rest of the mix.

  4. 4

    serve chilled, garnish with cinnamon
