  1. 1red pepper
  2. 1 cupthinly sliced zucchini
  3. 1 canchopped tomatoes
  4. 2 cupwater
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1 clovechopped garlic
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 1chopped green onion
  9. 1 packagesany pasta
  10. 1/2chopped onion
  11. 1 tbsporegano
  12. 1 tbsprosemary
  13. 1 dashthyme
  14. 1 dashfresh chopped basil
  15. 1 dashsea salt
  16. 1 dashsugar
  17. 1 stickcream cheese

    If you want to make this as quick as possible, you can simply toss everything in the pan and cook together until the pasta is al dente

  2. 2

    However, I recommend adding the olive oil, spices, vegetables and the tomatoes first on medium to high heat for about fifteen minutes.

    Add water and pasta until al dente

  4. 4

    Add cream cheese to melt into sauce and all over pasta. Do not drain! Let sit for five minutes before serving
