Steps

Cut the chicken into 16 pieces and marinade with ginger, garlic and soysauce.

Peel the potatoes and clean them thoroughly

Preparation the onion n dice them

Boil the potatoes but don't let them to overcook

Put Olive oil in a saucepan n lets it to heat n add onions, cook the onions until they turn brown in colour

Add the chicken let it cook to turn Brown, add potatoes n add the tomato paste and mix it as you season with salt and white pepper

Add warm water 2cups and let it to simmer for at least 5min
