Sweet corn chaat

In a traditional Indian chat they usually use Bengal gram, Samos's(Indian snack), masala puri, bhel puri etc and they're quite spicy too but I preferred to use sweet corn and less spices. Honestly it tastes heavenly ^^

Steps
- 1
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and stir fry the corn for 3-5 mins (do not overcook) Flavor with salt and red chilli powder (gives a nice color to it)
- 2
Take a bowl or a small glass container and put the ingredients in tomatoes, onions, green chilli's, a dash of chat masala and salt. Mix well.
- 3
Add the fried corns on the top, sprinkle with coriander leaves and chat masala (my secret ingredient) 😁
- 4
Sweet corn chaat is ready. Serve and enjoy the snack.
