1 cupbrown sugar
2eggs
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
3/4 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
3/4 cupmashed ripe banana
1/2 cupchopped walnuts

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.

Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture just until combined.

Add the banana and walnuts.

Pour into a greased 8-in square baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
