Pilau,fried chicken with spinach

Remove unwanted particles from rice.peel the onions, garlic and ginger.chop the oninos,marinade the chicken to make it soft,boil the rice water,wash the rice,prepare the spinach,tomatoes make sure everything is ready before cooking to save time,

Add oil to the source pan, until it starts boiling,add the chopped onions,cook until they turn golden brown,add meat cook until it turns brown,and the mashed garlic and ginger mix properly,

Leave them to cook,after they turn gloden brown add the pilau masala leave for few minutes then add tomato paste make sure you stir properly,then add the already washed rice,stir and leave for 3-5minutes then you add the boils water then cover the source pan,when the level of water reduces reduce the heat,cover you rice,check regularly use a fork to check if its ready to serve

Boil the chicken season with salt and leave it to cook,add only one tea cup of water,after the water has dried,take a clean pan add little oil leave it to heat then add the pcs of chicken continue turningthen until they turn brown

Add oil to the source pan,add onions cook should not turn brown add tomatoes cubes in shape season with salt,leave them to cook then add spinach to cook only for 5min then ready to serve
