I fell in love with this when my old roommate made it for me for the first time!!
Cooking Instructions

turn on skillet

Butter both pieces of bread on one side.

Place bread on pan, butter side down
- 4
Add two pieces of cheese, then other piece of bread, butter side up.

Flip sandwich when under side is browned.
- 6
After other side is browned, plate sandwich and spread jelly on top.

Enjoy!!
