1 lbChicken breast
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 tspChili powder
1 1/2 tspCumin
1 1/2 tspGarlic powder
1/2 tspDried oregano
1/4 tspSeasoned salt
1 canDiced tomatoes with green chilies
1 mediumOnion, sliced
1/2Red pepper, sliced
1/2Green pepper, sliced

Preheat oven to 400.

Place chicken in greased 13x9 baking dish

In small bowl, combine oil, chili powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt

Drizzle spice mixture over chicken and stir to coat

Add tomatoes, peppers, and onions and stir to combine

Bake uncovered for 20-25 min
