Grease muffin tin, preheat oven to 375°

Press biscuits flat, then press them into the muffin tin cups

Fill biscuit cups with ham and cheese

Whip eggs in a separate bowl, fill the cups evenly with egg mixture, season with salt and pepper

Bake biscuits for 20-25 untill the eggs have set and the biscuits are golden brown.
