  1. 2rolls unbaked pie dough
  2. 2eggs
  3. 4 cupshredded mozz cheese
  4. 1/2 lbitalian sausage
  5. 1 canmushrooms
  6. 1 packagespepperoni
  7. 1 canpizza sauce

    Preheat oven 400°

  2. 2

    Brown sausage. Drain

  3. 3

    Place opened pie crust on each side of baking sheet... With half roll on the pan and half roll off the pan

  4. 4

    Layer ingredients in any way

  5. 5

    Fold over excess dough. Pinch edges together... Beat egg and seal with fork ...by dipping fork into eggs and pressing alongside edges...

  6. 6

    Poke holes in top of calzone and brush with remaining eggs

  7. 7

    Bake for 20 minutes
