Mushroom n pepper omelette
For a quick single weekend breakfast for anyone in a rush!
Steps

Heat 2 knobs of butter in frying pan
- 2
dice the pepper and mushroom then fry for 1 minute then add a splash of woscestershire sauce
- 3
Mix eggs and milk in with the herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
- 4
Making sure you use a non stick pan!! pour egg mixture over mushrooms and peppers
- 5
Let cook for 2 minutes then fold in half. Cook on both sides for half a minute each. And theres your tasty omelette :) enjoy.
