I love swiss steak ...I have few different recipes for swiss steak but this is one of my favs ...I love using the sauce as gravy on mashed potatoes ..also if you have a lot of sauce left you can use on some pasta noodles for another day ' enjoy

I love swiss steak ...I have few different recipes for swiss steak but this is one of my favs ...I love using the sauce as gravy on mashed potatoes ..also if you have a lot of sauce left you can use on some pasta noodles for another day ' enjoy

Preheat oven to 350° f

In a roasting pan that has a lid add your steaks and cover with onions red peppers garlic parsley

In a 4 cup measuring cup add the pasta sauce which is around 2 cups worth then fill the rest with water so you have 4 cups all together

Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper + worcestershire and lemon juice mix together and pour over top of your steaks covering it

Cover and put it in the oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours ...serve with mashed potatoes or over rice
