1 packages(30 oz) frozen shredded Hashbrowns
2 cupSour Cream
1 canCream of Chicken Soup
1 smallOnion, finely chopped
2 cupShredded Cheese
Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F

Grease 9x13 baking dish

In large bowl combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion, cheese, salt & pepper

Stir in hashbrowns

Spread evenly in baking dish

OPTIONAL: mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes or breadcrumbs with 2 Tbsp melted butter and spread over top of potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes
