Place tomatillos, cilantro, onion, lime juice and chile in bowl of food processor; pulse until smooth

Add avacado, 1/4 tsp salt and sugar. Pulse until smooth

Sprinkle cumin and 1/4 tsp salt over chicken

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat

Add chicken to pan, cook 5 min on each side or until done

Remove from pan; let stand 5 min

Cut chicken into slices

Serve with rice and sauce
