Ingredients

45 mins
  1. Spring rolls
  2. 3 smallbell pappers (red,yellow,green)
  3. 3 smallcarrots
  4. 1 mediumonion
  5. 100 gramscheddar cheese
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper
  8. 1 packagesspring rolls or filo pastry
  9. 1vegetable oil for frying
  10. Dipping
  11. 1sour cream
  12. 1dill, chopped
  13. 1olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all vegies in equal, small slices or cubes.

  2. 2

    Saute vegies for a few minutes, until they get tender (not too much)

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper, remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Add in the cheese and stir until it melts.

  5. 5

    Fill the pastry with vegies and roll tightly.

  6. 6

    Deep fry the rolls until gold and crispy.
    Drain them really well (we don't want it to be oily)

  7. 7

    Mix the sour cream with the chopped dill and a drizzle of olive oil. (Leave extra dill for garnishing)

  8. 8

    Serve together.
