Heat up some oil

Slice chicken bout a 1/4 thick

M I x eggs n cream

Mix flour and bread crumbs and ranch seasonings

Dip chicken in flour mix then egg mix and back in flour mix n fry til done!

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
