  • 6 cupcubed bread, toasted
  • 4 cupcornbread crumbled
  • 4carrots, chopped
  • 3 stalkcelery, chopped
  • 6green onions, chopped
  • 3-4 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1/2 lbground sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1-3 Tablespoonsground sage
  • 2 tspeach oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, basil
  • 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  • 3large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1can,cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 cupchicken broth or stock

    Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Mix bread cubes and crumbled cornbread into large bowl.

  3. 3

    Add cooked sausage, vegetables, and herbs. Mix well

  4. 4

    Stir in broth and soups Mix until well blended

  5. 5

    Add butter and eggs

  6. 6

    Stir until well blended

  7. 7

    Put into large casserole pan...10 x 13 x 2.... Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until tooth pick comes clean when inserted.
