Ingredients

  1. 5 mediumPotatos
  2. 1 can(29 oz.) plain natural tomato sauce
  3. 4 cupCabbage
  4. 1 smallHandful Carrot Chips
  5. 16 ozVegetable broth
  6. 2 cupDaiya vegan nondairy cheddar shreads
  7. basil
  8. onion powder
  9. garlic powder
  10. chives
  11. greek blend seasonings
  12. oregano
  13. 2 tbspEarthbalance vegan (extra virgin olive oil blend) butter
  14. 1Hababero pepper
  15. 1Jalapeño pepper
  16. 2 tbspRealLemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel Potatos.

  2. 2

    Cut up potatos, and cabbage.

  3. 3

    Blend Potatoes, cabbage, carrot chips, vegetable broth, habanero, and jalapeño pepper in blender.

    In crockpot, combine blended ingredients, Tomato Sauce, Daiya cheddar cheese shreads, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, Greek Blend Seasoning, oregano, earthbalance butter, Lemon Juice.

    Cook for about 4 to 5 hours or until cooked

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
