Fillet your chicken and cut it in your preffered slice.

Massage your chicken with salt and pepper.

Beat the egg and roll your chicken after that dress your chicken in flour with spanish paprika. Then fry.

When your done frying saute garlic, onion and celery. If ready put the chicken you fried a while ago and stir.

Add the chicken cubeband flour dissolve in warm water. Let it boil for 1 minute then add pineapple juice and full cream milk.

Add ground black pepper and salt to taste.

If ready add the pineapple chunks and stir.

Ready to rumble. ;)
