Steps

Parboil beans with a pressure pot for 30mins.

Wash the beans and put back on the heat in a boiling water.

As the beans starts boiling add sliced onion,salt,ginger and garlic.

Leave it to boil for at least 15minutes.check the beans to make sure is soft now.

If is not soft boil for another 10minutes.if is soft add crayfish,Maggi and fresh pepper.

Allow to boil for 10minutes.pour in palmoil and cover the pot to boil.

Boil for 7-10minutes.stir with a wooden spoon and taste for salt.

Cover to boil again for 3minutes.porriage beans is ready.

Slice plantain and add salt and mix it very well.

Heat up frying pan on fire.add groundnutoil onces is hot.add the plantain one after the other.

Fry till is brown and done.

Enjoy the delicious beans with plantain.
