  3. 50 gramsIndian nuts
  4. 50 gramschopped nuts
  5. 50 gramsdried apricot
  6. 1 cupfresh lemon juice
  7. tbspolive oil, extra virgin

    Peel and grate the carrots

    Cut the olives into small piecess

  3. 3

    Cut the dried appricot

  4. 4

    Cut the nuts

  5. 5

    Mix all of the ingridients and season with olive oil lemon juice and salt

  6. 6

    Enjoy in exotic and fresh meal
