Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/3 cupslice olives with pimentos
  • 1 mediumavocado
  • 1 mediumdill pickle
  • 1 1/2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cupgrape tomatoes
  • 5 mediumpepperoncini peppers (Greek peppers)
  • 3 tbspsour cream
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice pickle. Cube the avocado. Slice tomatoes in half.

  2. 2

    To a bowl add all the ingredients salt the avocado. Mix the ingredients together. Add pepperoncini and sour cream last.
