Steps

Crack your eggs into a muffin tin full the unused holes with water place them in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until firm

While they are baking cook your patties

Make your corn muffin mix according to the box

Your eggs should b complete by now remove from the oven

Spray a separate muffin tray preferably larger muffins with non cook spray

Spoon a tablespoon of corn muffin mix in the bottom of the new muffin tin

Trim your sausage to fit nicely in the muffin tin on top,of your corn muffin mix

Open your cheese this is our fav it melts so perfect

Place and a piece of cheese broken in half on top of the sausage

Place an egg on top of the cheese

Cover all that mix with the corn muffin mix

Bake 20 minutes or u till golden brown

Remove and plate (they were extremely crumble if that makes sense so b sure to let them cool and be careful removing from the tin)

Eat up and ENJOY :)
