6 cupsvinegar
1 sprigthe herb of you liking (thyme, savory, rosemary)

Take the seeds of the pomegranate and place them in a large jar.

Cover them with the vinegar and add the herb that you have chosen.

Close the jar and store it in a warm place for 1 month.

Then strain and store in bottles.
