preheat oven to 425 & parchment line a baking sheet.

Roll out pie crust with a little flour. I use a small round cookie cutter. but you can use what you have. cut circles add a small amount of filling close over and pinch edges with fork. a sprayed a little cooking spray on top and sprinkled with cinnamon & sugar. bake 12-15 minutes

powder sugar to garnish if desired

**these were made quick & easy with left over pie filling** you can always make pumpkin filling, and or any other filling of choice
