Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 lbpork roast
  • 1 cupbanana and guava ketchup, see attached recipe
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 1/3 tspground sage
  • 1/3 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspground black pepper
  • 2 tspchopped parsley
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 375° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Put roast in an oven safe dish. Add half a cup of water.Season with sage, parsley salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Coat the roast with ketchup. Put onions all around and on top of roast.

    Roast in the oven uncovered for 1 hour. Add cup of water and cover roast 45 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
