Ingredients

  1. Meat balls
  2. 1/2 kggrounded beaf
  3. 3 mediumsize onion chopped finely
  4. green chilli chopped finely
  5. 1 tspground black pepper
  6. 2 tbsppoppy seeds powder
  7. salt
  8. 1 bunchcilantro finely chopped
  9. 1 tsphot spices powder (garam masala)
  10. oil
  11. Gravy or sauce
  12. 1/3 cupoil
  13. 3 mediumsize onion paste
  14. 1 1/2 tspginger,garlic paste
  15. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  17. salt
  18. 1 cupplain yoghurt
  19. 2 mediumsize potatoes peeled,cut into pieces
  20. water
  21. garnishing
  22. 1chopped cilantro and chillies

    First take beef in a large bowl add all meat balls ingredients and mix well with hands then make small balls by greasing your palm with oil.

    Then take oil in a large open pan put oil and put one by one all balls in pan and cook at low flame till it get tender turn them carefully and occasionally. And keeps aside.

    Now Make sauce or gravy Take oil in a pan add all gravy ingredients together except potatoes simmer till you feel oil is getting separated from paste at very low flame it will take max 20 minutes.

    Now add potatoes and needed water cook till it get tender completely.In the end add cooked meat balls cover up lid and simmer for 10 minutes at lowest flame garnish with chopped cilantro and chillies.It's ready to serve.
