My version of cowboy salsa.

I created this for the kids at my preschool, because it's mild but flavorful. I suggest adding finely diced green chiles to add a kick :)

In my house this is the #1 most requested dish and there is NEVER any left it's that delicious!!

great as a side dish or topping for tacos, meats and fish. lightly seasoned with just a touch of heat, really let's the fresh grilled corn flavor shine.

I did not have salsa and did not want to go to the store so i went to the cabinet and came up with this. you can use cilantro if you have it, i did not so i used what i had. i also do not like chunky salsa so if you like chunky salsa you can use regular diced tomato or skip the blending step and juct chop the jalapeno

Salsa..dip...? I'm not really sure. But it's tasty.

This is a great tasting and easy snack to make for get togethers.

Getting out to grill these fabulous vegetables, mixed with beans and spices makes any BBQ better!

Made this to go with the fish we were grilling. Spicy and a little sweet, all the flavors melded perfectly.

If you like corn custard (Cornbread mix and cream corn) then you’ll probably like this “accident” I tried.
