whisk vinegar, tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper and 1tsp each parsley and oregano together. add chicken to the marinade. cover and fridge 2-3 hours

cook pasta. cool and drain

stir peppers, tomatoes, carrots, onion and olives together. in another bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, and sugar and season with salt and pepper. add pasta and toss.

preheat grill to med high

remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. grill chicken and cut up.

top with chicken. sprinkle on parsley
