Ab wash kiye huye Rice, Moong daal aur peanuts ko salt dalkar cooker mein 2 whistle tak pakayenge..

Palak ko achhi tarah se saaf kar ke wash kar ke cut kar lenge..

Cooker ki whistle nikalne ke baad tadke ki taiyari ke liye ek pan mein ghee garam karenge aur rai and jeera daal kar hing add karenge..

Ab palak dalenge aur sath mein haldi powder, red chilli powder aur dhaniya powder dalkar achhe se mix karenge aur thoda pakne denge..

Palak achhe se pak jayegi to usme pani add karene taaki khichdi dry na rahe..

Pani ke boil hone tak pakne denge..

Ab boil ki huyi khichdi add karenge aur 10 min tak cover kar ke pakne denge..
