Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupVitaspelt flour
  2. 1 tsporganic cane sugar
  3. 1 tspSea salt
  4. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  5. 1/2 cupWater

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 450°F

  2. 2

    Sift together dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add wet ingredients slowly and kneed until it forms a dough ball

  4. 4

    Roll out thin and cut into squares, rectangles or circles

  5. 5

    Place on baking sheet and Prick with a fork.

  6. 6

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on lower third rack of oven
