1yellow or red onion; small dice
1/2bell pepper; small dice
1 bunchcilantro
1 bagof spinach
2 tbspolive oil
1 dashchile powder
1 dashcayenne pepper
1salt and pepper

Sweat onion in olive oil.

Add beans, corn, and tomatoes. Add seasoning. Saute 1 minute.

Add spinach. Saute until barely wilted. Toss with cilantro.
