Ingredients

  1. 4Fillets- best with tilapia
  2. 3 tbspFresh lemon juice
  3. 1 tbspMelted butter
  4. 1 cloveGarlic, finely chopped
  5. 1 tspParsley
  6. 1Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat over to 375°F.

  2. 2

    Rinse fillets with cool water & pat dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over the fillets then drizzle the butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, & pepper.

  4. 4

    Bake until the fish is white & flakey. Usually about 30 minutes.
