Ingredients

30 mins

6 servings

6Bratwurst or Knockwurst
1 largevadalia onion
16 ozcan of beer
1salt & pepper to taste
6 smallrolls

Steps

30 mins

Grill the sausages until half cooked & have grill marks

In a small pot add the beer & sliced onion & simmer until onions are soft

Add the sausages & salt & pepper & let simmer for 15 minutes

Slightly heat the roll then add a sausage & some onions wet to absorb into the roll & I like mine with spicy brown mustard.

Eat & enjoy
