Cut and clean the yellow peppers

Wash them with salt and water 3 times to quit the spicy

Boil the yellow peppers until the skin gets separated

Fry the onion, garlic and yellow pepper in a pan with olive oil and butter if you want

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

cook the potatoe as you choose

cover the potatoe with the huancaina sauce
- 8
