Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupsunflower oil
  • 28 ozenchanted rose potatoes
  • 28 ozpurple splendor potatoes
  • 1/2 largeonion
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil in pan cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces if bite sized already leave whole

    add spices onion cover 7 minutes stirring occasionally

  3. 3

    add salt last, let potatoes get fork tender some should be just a little bit brown and a little crunch
