Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbchicken breasts
  2. 10medium flour tortillas
  3. 1 packagescream cheese (8 oz.)
  4. 1 cupOld El Paso mild salsa
  5. 1 canOld El Paso mild green Chile enchilada sauce (10 oz)
  6. 2 cupcheddar cheese
  7. 1/3 cupmilk
  8. 1/2 tspchili powder
  9. 1 pinchground cumin
  10. 1 tspminced onion
  11. 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Fully cook and shred chicken breasts.

    Add cream cheese, salsa, milk, 1/2 a cup of the cheese and seasoning to pan and stir until smooth.

    Roll about 1/3 cup of creamy chicken in each tortilla and place seam down.

  5. 5

    Spread green Chile enchilada sauce over top

  6. 6

    Top with remaining 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  7. 7

    Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes
