Ingredients

  1. 4Salmon fillets (boneless, skinless)
  2. 2Chicken stock cubes
  3. 500 gramsTagliatelle
  4. 3Spring onion sprigs
  5. 2 bunchPak choy
  6. 1Black pepper
  7. 1Hot chilli powder or chilli flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    According to taste, dissolve the 2 stock cubes in about 1 litre of water in a large saucepan. Heat until boiling.

  2. 2

    Add the tagliatelle and leave to soften for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Carefully place the salmon into the saucepan, together with the pak choy and spring onions.

  4. 4

    Season with pepper and hot spice, and leave for about 5 minutes, or until the salmon has cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve into bowls, and enjoy!
