Ingredients

1/2 cupCrème Podiana (Mexican Sour Cream)
1/2 packagesCotija (Mexican Parmesan Cheese)
1/2 packagesChorizo
1 cupManchego (Mexican Melting Cheese)
1 tbspButter
1 tbspTaco Seasonings
3 cupCooked Penne Pasta
1/2 cupDiced Onions

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°

Heat skillet on medium. Add chorizo and onions. Cook 4 minutes

In a large bowl mix pasta, butter, salt and pepper.

Add chorizo, onions, manchego, crème podlana and taco seasonings.

Pour into baking dish

Top with cotija and bake 20 - 25 minutes
