cheese rice with vegtables

Chop up your vegetables and add to buttered pan over medium heat.

While your vegetables are simmering prepare you rice according to the box.(you can use instant or regular rice brown or white).

Once your rice is done place in the bowl or plate you intend to eat from.

Add in the 2tbsp. of butter (add more if you wish) and salt.

Once butter is melted add in your cheese(ant kind is fine I used mozzarella).

Take vegetables from stove and place over rice. Mix well and enjoy.

You may substitute your own choice of vegetables over mine if you wish. This is what ever I had laying around. Any kind will work. Along with any kind of cheese and rice.
