  • 1 kgPotatoes
  • 200 mlMilk
  • 25 gramsButter
  • 1 tbspSalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Skin and cut the potatoes into smaller pieces.

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes without salt

  3. 3

    Pour the water away, from the potatoes.

  4. 4

    Mash the potatoes with a handmixer, and mix with milk.

  5. 5

    Add butter, and mix lightly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
