Being that I am from way down south, I felt that a deviled egg should be more devilish. And they definitely are that!

Ingredients

  1. 6 largeeggs
  2. 2 1/2 tbspMayo
  3. 1 tspCreole mustard
  4. 1 tspSugar
  5. 2 dashTabasco hot sauce
  6. 12as needed Creole seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil eggs for 20 minutes, remove from heat and cover in ice water

  2. 2

    Remove shells, cut in half, remove eggs yolks and place in small mixing bowl

  3. 3

    In mixing bowl with yolks, add mayo, mustard, sugar, hot sauce, and mash with fork until smooth

  4. 4

    With t-spoon, evenly distribute filling into egg halves

  5. 5

    Sprinkle all eggs with creole seasoning to taste (and for color)

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
