  1. 2 canWhole cranberry sauce
  2. 4 tbsplemon juice
  3. 2 cupheavy cream
  4. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cupconfectioner's sugar
  6. 1 cupchopped walnuts (optional)

  1. 1

    In a bowl, crush cranberry sauce with a pastry blender, combine with lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Spread in the bottom of 9x13 inch pan

  3. 3

    Whip cream.

  4. 4

    Fold in mayonnaise, sugar, and nuts into the cream

  5. 5

    Spread cream mixture over the cranberry mixture

  6. 6

    Freeze for at least 3 hours
