  • 1 tbsppounded garlic
  • 3 smallbird eye red chili
  • 1 1/2 tbspoil
  • 2 mediumcalamari/squid
  • 1/2 cupspring onion
  • GARNISH
  • 1 tbspfresh lemon juice
  • SEASONING
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper

  1. 1

    in pan with oil fry calamari for 2 minute then add garlic and seasoning fry for 1 minute then add chili and spring onion

    stir fry for another 1 minute then off heat and serve immediately top lemon juice
