Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 6eggs
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 cupflour
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 3 tbspbutter

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    preheat your oven at 400

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix eggs, millk, flour and salt and mix with an whisk or electric mixer

    melt the butter and pour it evenly in a baking dish

  4. 4

    pour the mix into the baking dish, if it gets mix with the butter its ok

    cook for 20 min. and do not open the oven door until is done

  6. 6

    and this is what you get at the end.

    now serve it with syrup and enjoy it
