Ingredients

  1. 250 grtepung terigu
  2. 100 grkorsvet
  3. 50 grmargarin
  4. 50 grgula pasir
  5. 2bh telur
  6. 1sdm susu bubuk
  7. 1/2sdt garam
  8. 100 mlair es
  9. Pisang raja secukupnya
  10. Keju secukupnya

Steps

  1. 1

    Campurkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan gula pasir.

  2. 2

    Tambahkan telur, mentega dan air es lalu adona di uleni sampai kalis.

  3. 3

    Bentuk adonan kulit bolen menjadi bulat kemudian diamkan selama 15 menit hingga menggembang.

  4. 4

    Pipihkan adonan menjadi bentuk persegi, oleskan 1/3 bagian korsvet dan ratakan lalu lipat sisi kanan dan kiri ke tengah kemudian lipat sekali lagi. Lipat terus menerus hingga korsvet rata.

  5. 5

    Simpan dalam lemari es selama 30 menit.

  6. 6

    Ambil adonan dan pipihkan lalu isi dengan potongan pisang dan keju kemudian lipat kembali.

  7. 7

    Olesi semua adonan dengan kuning telur.

  8. 8

    Panggang pisang bolen selama 40 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celcius.

  9. 9

    Angkat dan Pisang Bolen siap disajikan
