  • 1 dozenMANICOTTI SHELLS
  • 1 lbGROUND BEEF
  • 1WHOLE ONION
  • 12 ozCREAM CHEESE
  • 1 cupMOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 1 tbspGARLIC POWDER
  • 1 tspPAPRIKA
  • 1 tspPARSLEY
  • 1 tspCILANTRO
  • 1 tspSALT
  • 1 tspPEPPER
  • 24 ozTOMATO SAUCE (CANNED/HOMEMADE)
  • 4qts water
  • 4strips bacon

  1. 1

    Bring water for boiling shells to a hard boil. Add shells and boil for 8 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain and cool shells making sure the do not touch so they do not stick together.

  3. 3

    Brown ground beef and bacon with all spices/seasoning with diced onion.

  4. 4

    Add cream cheese and shredded cheese, cook on low until melted.

  5. 5

    Cover 1/4 in of pan with heated sauce mixture and pre-heat oven to 300°F.

  6. 6

    Stuff cooled shells with meat cheese mixture.

  7. 7

    Place stuffed shells on pan with sauce layer. Sprinkle mozzarella on top with parsley and cilantro and sauce. I love mine with more sauce than most.

    Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. This is a MAN-icotti.
