Ingredients

  • 1 stickunsalted butter
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupcake flour
  • 2 tbspdry powdered milk
  • 1 tbsplight corn syrup
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Play and sugar and butter til lightly fluffy

  2. 2

    Add eggs mix one at a time

  3. 3

    Add in flour, powdered milk, baking powder, and corn syrup

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice, salt, vanilla , nutmeg, til will blended

  5. 5

    Pour into greased loaf pan

  6. 6

    Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes

  7. 7

    You can check to see if is done with a toothpick or a butter knife, insert into Middle of loaf, if it comes out clean it is done

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy
