Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 1 lbground pork
  3. 1 smallonion diced
  4. 2garlic cloves minced
  5. 2eggs slightly beaten
  6. 1/4 cupfinely diced mushrooms
  7. 1/4 cuppanko or your choice bread crumbs
  8. 1 tspdried oregano
  9. 1 tspdried basil
  10. 1/4 cupfinely diced red peppers
  11. 1 enveloperanch dressing mix (i use Nalleys)
  12. 1/4 tspground pepper
  13. 1salt to taste
  14. 1 dashof hot sauce to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and with wet hands mix. Careful not to over mix as this will toughen your meat.

    Form into patties. Place onto plate and separate your patties with wax paper or foil. Saran wrap and place into fridge until needed.

  3. 3

    Once firm and your ready to cook, either BBQ, grill or fry to your favourite burger temp.
